My name is Jamille Nicholas
Started as a Personal Trainer at the age of 17, in a 5 star hotel in Cardiff Bay called St David’s Hotel. After 21 years in the fitness industry helping clients achieve incredible results on a 1-1 basis and still to this day having a huge passion for helping people to be the best version of themselves, I want to help even more.

With today’s online technology and outreach, I want to help hundreds of thousands to achieve their dream physique and feel happier in their own body.
I believe nothing is impossible and I have set up a phenomenal online coaching program with personalised meal plans, training programs, 24/7 support and so much more to help MEN from all around the world reach their goals.
Why Men? I have decided to only work with males because I think there is a growing lack of self belief and self confidence in men in recent years. There is an increase in the number of males suffering from depression and anxiety and I honestly believe this can be improved by good exercise and nutrition, I’m not saying all but most. Healthy body = Healthy mind.
People assume men are strong or know what they’re doing. Wrong! We all need guidance, support and someone to be held accountable to so we can be the best version of ourselves.
Anyone can have a plan! But actually having someone to be there pushing you to do it and being your coach/mentor is a completely different ball game.

Why are you passionate about health & fitness?
I have always had a passion for helping people, when I realised how happy I can make someone feel by making them losing weight, building muscle and becoming fitter. That was it, I love that feeling. I truly believe helping someone go from sad to happy is my purpose in life.
